 | I
learned to play the drums at school, taught by a
professional, Mickey Greaves, an ex BBC drummer Mickey taught me to play every style possible,
ballroom, jazz, pop, rock, reggae and to sight read. Skills I have
called on many times in my career since.
Playing
in bands since fifteen, the first band comprised of older
guys and I learned a lot in those early years- discipline in practice,
dedication, drive and self belief- the things I had to develop fast to stay alongside the musicians I play with. Since then I
have gone on to recording projects (selling on I
Tunes), and have touring experience in the UK. |
